Appreciated our 2 nights stay. Central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were available in our twin room. The bathroom was spotless, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was good and magnificent, to trains sleeping compartments, convenient to go everywhere.

This place has an excellent location just steps away from the trains, and the friendly staff is incredibly helpful.

It boasts marvellous and unbeatable location, a short walk to some of the amazing attractions Madrid has to offer.

This hotel is a great place for short stay. The rooms are large and brand-new, provided with with a fridge, a balcony facing the Paseo del Prado plus a shower. All the staff members are amicable and nice. The location is particularly good, a 15-minute walk from the train station. The restaurant is good.

The room was immaculate and appeared brand-new, complete with a comfortable double bed.

It was an absolutely great hotel in a great area, right by the main Madrid train station as well as Botanical garden. The employees at the property were very good and kind.
